Nearly eighty doctors and pharmacists from Phnom Penh participated on December 12, 2025, in a seminar dedicated to "Multidisciplinary Perspectives on the Nutrition of Diabetic and Hypertensive Patients," organized by the PPM-FAES sales team.

Tech Symo, PPM's Sales Director in Cambodia, reiterated that the vision of Dr. Hay Ly Eang, the laboratory's founder, extends beyond simply manufacturing and distributing quality medications at affordable prices. It also involves developing healthcare services in close cooperation with specialized practitioners to contribute to the long-term well-being of patients. Emphasizing that the treatment of chronic diseases cannot rely solely on pharmacology, he stressed the key role of nutrition and appropriate supplements in balancing blood sugar levels and protecting the heart.

Dr. Lim Eaksrong, cardiologist and head of the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU), and Dr. Sar Sophary, endocrinologist and deputy head of the Diabetes Center at the Cambodia-China Friendship Hospital Preah Kosamak, presented Potenciator 5g from FAES Laboratories as a supplement that can help control hypertension by promoting vasodilation and improving blood circulation. They emphasized, however, that it is not an antihypertensive medication but a nutritional supplement.

In 2025, there were approximately 608,000 people with diabetes in Cambodia, while hypertension affects some 1.3 billion people worldwide, according to the WHO.
